Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the PopPic desktop, mobile and related web services (the 'Service') provided by PopPic ('the Company'), and define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its members.

2. Definitions

'Service' means PopPic Desktop, PopPic Mobile, and all related web services provided by the Company. 'Member' means a person who agrees to these Terms and enters into a service agreement with the Company.

3. Account and Security

Members are responsible for the safekeeping of their account credentials and may not transfer or share them. Members must notify the Company immediately upon loss or theft of credentials.

4. Paid Service and Billing

Paid plans are offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions. Full refunds are available within 7 days of payment if there is no usage history. Refunds thereafter are prorated to the unused period.

5. User Data

Photos and group data uploaded by members are owned by the members. The Company does not use them for purposes other than providing the Service, and retains them for 30 days after cancellation before permanent deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or communication failures. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by member's intent or gross negligence.

7. Service Changes and Interruptions

The Company may change or discontinue certain features when necessary to ensure stable service delivery. Material changes are notified at least 7 days in advance (30 days for high-impact changes) via announcement or email.

8. Termination

Members may terminate the agreement at any time by withdrawing from the service in the settings screen. The Company may restrict use or terminate the agreement after prior notice if the member violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent use.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes between the Company and members are resolved in accordance with the relevant laws including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, with jurisdiction in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
