1. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

PopPic collects and uses the minimum personal data necessary for member registration, service delivery, payment processing, customer support, and service improvement.

2. Personal Data Collected

Required: name, email, password / Optional: profile photo, phone number / Auto-collected: IP address, cookies, usage logs / At payment: payment method information (handled by PG provider)

3. Retention Period

Personal data is destroyed immediately upon member withdrawal. However, where retention is required by law, it is kept for the relevant period (contract/payment records 5 years, consumer complaints 3 years).

4. Third-Party Provision

We do not provide personal data to third parties in principle. Where required to deliver the service, we entrust the minimum scope to payment processing (PG), cloud storage (Wasabi), and push notifications (Firebase).

5. Security Measures

Passwords are one-way hashed with bcrypt. Desktop local cache is AES-256 encrypted via SQLCipher. Transport is secured with TLS 1.3.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

You may request access, correction, deletion, or processing suspension of your data, and we will act without undue delay. Contact: privacy@poppic.app

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

PopPic uses cookies to remember user preferences and to collect usage statistics. Users may refuse cookie storage via browser settings, though doing so may limit certain features.

9. Personal Information of Children Under 14

Personal information of children under 14 is collected only with the consent of a legal representative, who may at any time request access, correction, deletion, or processing suspension of the child's personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be amended in response to changes in law or service. Material changes are announced at least 7 days (30 days for high-impact changes) before taking effect, via announcement and this page.
